Filipe eo Lobo is a musical project by Filipe Moreira that crosses lyrical singing with electronic and contemporary sounds. His compositions stand out for their story-telling format and the poetic word, as a form of self-expression.

Filipe presents the album “A Serra”, with nine original compositions, where the singer-songwriter presents himself as a bard who uses the poetic word, and the plasticity of a costume, as forms of self-expression to sing poems and stories about departure, mystery and freedom. This work integrates elements of folk, lyrical singing, electronics, and contemporary sound atmospheres.

Before and after the concert, we had an electrifying DJSet by _DIANA_ (@_diana_lento_), with rock and punk roots!

The title of the project, inspired by the work “Pedro and the Wolf” by Serge Prokofiev, stems from the result of Filipe's Research-Ventilation artistic residency at Serra da Estrela, as part of Festival Y 2025 - Fourth Wall Performing Arts Festival.

Filipe Moreira (1990) is a creative director, cultural producer, singer-songwriter and performer, both nationally and internationally. With a multidisciplinary background, Filipe, as creator and singer-songwriter, uses his body, voice and word as creative research tools for his work. His practice and research use interpretation and various technological tools, starting with the discovery and appropriation of different narratives, physical states, and sensory experiences. Since 2009, she has directed and participated as a performer-performer in operas, concerts, and theater, dance and circus shows. Graduated in Choreography from Falmouth University (2013, UK), under the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, and graduated in Theatre-Interpretation from the Contemporary Academy of the Spectacle (2009). She also studied lyrical singing and costumes. He won important creative and research grants, most notably the “Caravane” from the National Dance Center (FR); the IV Isabel Alves Costa Creative Scholarship, with the performance “Fibra”; and the Research-Ventilation Scholarship by Festival Y, with his musical project “Filipe and the Wolf”, which is currently in circulation in Portugal, after a tour in Rio de Janeiro.
