Let’s celebrate summer with a special “Mamma Mia”-inspired evening at FISGA, in collaboration with Ouro Sobre Azul Podcast and nutritionist Ariana.

We’ll start the evening with a barre class led by Lilia, followed by a casual talk about nutrition with Ariana, plus good food to share together. Expect movement, ABBA music, soft energy, and that Mamma Mia feeling.

Please bring:

• your own mat
• something white or blue
• comfortable clothes and good energy

The event has a limited number of spots, so please only register if you’re sure you can attend. After registering, you’ll receive a message to confirm your spot and finalize payment. After payment confirmation, cancellations are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your spot to a friend or family member with prior notice via email.
