
Lunch Club is back at FISGA. This time, with a Turkish project by Tuna.
Join us around the table for a slow lunch inspired by Turkish flavours, seasonal ingredients and food made to be shared.
The menu starts with muhammara, followed by İç Pilav with lamb or a vegetarian version with roasted root vegetables, crispy chickpeas and toasted cashews, and ends with tahini pumpkin dessert with walnuts and kaymak.
Come hungry, bring a friend, and let’s spend another afternoon together over good food and good conversations.

Starter: Muhammara. Roasted red pepper and walnut dip with pomegranate molasses and spices.
Omni Main: İç Pilav with Lamb. Spiced traditional rice with currants, pine nuts and herbs, topped with slow-cooked lamb.
Veggie Main: Vegetarian İç Pilav. Spiced traditional rice with roasted root vegetables, crispy chickpeas and toasted cashews.
Dessert: Tahini Pumpkin Dessert. Candied pumpkin with tahini, crushed walnuts and kaymak.
